Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at chronicallyonlineclothingbusi@gmail.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Once we review your request, we will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not require items to be returned.

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

  • Minor variations in color or print placement are not considered defects.
